Responsibilities
- Independently identify, investigate, and resolve issues within critical business applications.
- Develop and implement application support best practices and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Participate in team discussions and become a subject matter expert.
- Provide training and troubleshooting guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
