Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and lead Python-based full-stack and AI/GenAI applications.
- Build scalable APIs and responsive React.js front-end applications.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and agentic AI workflows.
- Design authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Build data ingestion and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions and mentor team members.
- Optimize performance, code quality, monitoring, and observability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and AI/GenAI solution development.
- Experience with Python, Flask, FastAPI, Django REST Framework, SQL, PL/SQL, data pipelines, and shell scripting.
- Experience with LLM integration, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Sentence Transformers, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or SSO.
- Experience with React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, Jest, and React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Prefect, data modeling, performance tuning, and code optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and scenario-based troubleshooting skills.
- Good-to-have experience with Java Standard Edition, Microsoft Power BI, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, microservices, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, LlamaIndex, and MCP.
- 15 years of full-time education.
