Base Salary

$161k - $221k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead research, design, development, and implementation of algorithmic modules.
  • Perform algorithmic concept and feasibility work, including problem analysis, data gathering, literature review, concept selection, evaluation, and implementation.
  • Prototype algorithmic approaches for complex problems and integrate new algorithm solutions into products.
  • Optimize algorithms to reduce computational cost and influence hardware requirements.
  • Apply computer vision and machine learning/deep learning algorithms to image analysis, pattern recognition, metrology, and object detection.
  • Manage teams or projects, set organizational priorities, and allocate resources.

Requirements

  • Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning technology.
  • Experience with GPU programming, CUDA, parallel computing, or HPC architectures.
  • Expertise in modern C++, Python, and MATLAB.
  • Working experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or a similar framework.
  • Experience using AI coding tools.
  • Academic background in optics/imaging, computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ph.D. or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, applied mathematics, physics, or a similar field, plus 5+ years of experience.
