Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape application software architecture for autonomous-vehicle perception and sensor-fusion systems.
- Integrate and tune NVIDIA solutions in target vehicles to meet driving performance and functionality goals.
- Lead bring-up activities and provide technical support for functional, perception, and sensor-fusion issues.
- Perform in-vehicle and simulation test drives and analyze recorded data for functional and performance results.
- Integrate hardware and software components, understand system architecture, profile performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization.
- Collaborate with external partners and NVIDIA engineering teams across the US, APAC, and Europe to deploy customer solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work-related experience in software development involving deep learning and/or autonomous-driving technologies.
- Experience developing and deploying deep learning-based perception solutions across cameras, lidars, ultrasonics, and radar.
- Familiarity with the data flywheel for scaling deep learning-based perception solutions and with sensor-processing pipelines and their lifecycle.
- BS/MS in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent C/C++ development skills and good knowledge of Python.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional development environments.
- Preferred: experience with automotive design processes and standards including ISO 26262 FuSa, ISO 21448 SOTIF, and ASPICE.
- Preferred: familiarity with the NVIDIA DRIVE platform, NVIDIA GPU hardware, CUDA programming, and QNX or an equivalent RTOS.
- Preferred: open-source contributions and mentorship experience.
