Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape application architecture for perception and sensor fusion in collaboration with architecture and software development teams.
- Integrate and adapt NVIDIA solutions in target vehicles, tuning perception and sensor fusion for driving performance and functionality.
- Lead bring-up activities and provide technical support for functional and perception or sensor-fusion issues.
- Perform in-vehicle and simulation test drives and analyze recorded data for functional and performance results.
- Integrate hardware and software components with partners, understand system architecture, profile performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in the US, APAC, and Europe to deploy solutions to customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related software development experience in deep learning and/or autonomous driving technologies.
- Experience developing and deploying deep-learning-based perception solutions across cameras, lidar, ultrasonics, and radar.
- Familiarity with data flywheels for scaling deep-learning-based perception solutions and sensor-processing pipelines.
- BS/MS in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong C/C++ development skills and good knowledge of Python.
- Ability to work in fast-paced development lifecycles and multifunctional organizations.
- Preferred experience with automotive standards and processes including ISO 26262 FuSa, ISO 21448 SOTIF, and ASPICE.
- Preferred familiarity with NVIDIA DRIVE, NVIDIA GPU hardware, CUDA programming, QNX or an equivalent RTOS, open-source contributions, and mentorship.
