Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software solutions using SAP Hybris and Java for B2B and B2C customer portals.
- Perform coding, automated testing, documentation, configuration changes, deployment, and ongoing support within an Agile DevOps team.
- Modernize applications through re-platforming, re-architecting, re-engineering, and automation.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, resolve problems, implement configuration changes, and monitor application performance.
- Monitor interfaces and data loads, administer security, and address tactical and strategic issues with platform and business partners.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements and contribute to application architecture and framework development.
Requirements
- In-depth experience with SAP Hybris products and functionality for B2B and B2C, including listed SAP Hybris versions or Hybris Cloud CCV2.
- Proficiency developing and maintaining e-commerce or web platforms.
- Strong technical skills in Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, HTML5, Angular, React, CSS, SQL, Oracle Database, Solr Query, and Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of security and access control, scalability, high availability, concurrency, online diagnosis, deployment, upgrades and migrations, internationalization, production support, and SaaS enterprise software.
- SAP Certified Development Professional: SAP Commerce Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with customer service center business processes and technologies, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, API integrations, and SaaS applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and independent-working skills, along with the ability to learn new technologies and contribute to architecture and frameworks.
