Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud and Java.
- Deliver B2B and B2C customer portal solutions through design, planning, development, deployment, and support.
- Perform coding, automated testing, documentation, configuration changes, application modernization, and automation.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, resolve problems, monitor performance, and implement configuration changes.
- Monitor interfaces and data loads, administer security, and address tactical and strategic platform issues with business stakeholders.
- Develop scalable layered software components, architectures, and frameworks while gathering and documenting business requirements.
Requirements
- In-depth experience with SAP Hybris products and functionality for B2B and B2C, including listed SAP Hybris versions or Hybris Cloud CCV2.
- Proficiency developing and maintaining e-commerce and web platforms.
- Strong technical skills in Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, HTML5, Angular, React, CSS, SQL or Oracle Database, Solr Query, and Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of security and access control, scalability, high availability, concurrency, online diagnosis, deployment, upgrades and migrations, internationalization, production support, and SaaS enterprise software issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to understand, gather, and document business requirements and adapt to new technologies.
- SAP Certified Development Professional: SAP Commerce Cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, API integrations, SaaS applications, and customer service center business processes is preferred.
