Responsibilities
- Deliver software releases on schedule with defined scope and quality while transitioning to continuous delivery.
- Ensure reliable and efficient operation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to test strategy and coordinate its execution.
- Develop test frameworks and automation tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA and testing team.
Requirements
- Experience with test and release automation and continuous integration and delivery.
- Detailed understanding of cloud-based CI/CD implementations, preferably GitLab CI.
- Confidence with Python and shell scripting and ability to read C.
- Practical understanding of test methodology and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
- Experience with Yocto, embedded Linux, and firmware is preferred.
- Contributions to open-source projects are preferred; people management is optional.
