Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack application components.
- Develop secure REST and SOAP web services and integrations with DoD and federal systems.
- Support cloud deployment, release activities, monitoring, performance resolution, and system sustainment.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, incident resolution, defect correction, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, test scripts, execution results, release notes, and version-control logs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimation, user-story refinement, demos, and documentation.
- Support Change Advisory Boards, Configuration Control Boards, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate technical issues and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency with Java/JDK, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, relational databases, REST/SOAP web services, CI/CD tools and pipelines, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, and data integration or ETL layers.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud environments; version-control systems such as Git or SVN; and defensive coding and secure development practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
