Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and machine learning solutions for customer and business problems.
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Develop scalable data architectures and robust data pipelines for large-scale processing and analytics.
- Set up and manage on-premises and cloud big-data environments for rapid prototyping.
- Design and develop agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, and autonomous decision loops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of data and machine learning systems.
- Enable seamless data access for researchers across programming environments.
- Contribute to research initiatives, proofs of concept, and innovation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
- Experience with Hadoop ecosystem technologies, Spark, data pipelines, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and large-scale application development.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Shell scripting and strong programming skills in Java and/or Scala.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and Flume.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, containerization, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or comparable data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, deep learning and advanced AI experience, production-grade prototypes, financial services or fintech exposure, MLOps and model lifecycle management, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, fine-tuning, RLHF, model optimization, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and Agile working skills.
