Responsibilities
- Provide development solutions in a D365 FO environment.
- Perform business requirement analysis focused on reducing development effort.
- Map, model, and document business processes.
- Evaluate Microsoft preview releases, including Dual Write and RSAT.
- Review technical architecture deliverables for quality and requirements traceability.
- Own the technical aspects of project environments through system handover.
- Ensure development guidelines, quality plans, standards, and security practices are applied.
- Identify and communicate cross-area and cross-release issues.
- Validate designs with stakeholders against requirements.
- Contribute to Hitachi intellectual property and Packaged Services initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ERP technical implementation and integration experience with enterprise clients, including D365 FO, AX 2009, or AX 2012 using X++.
- Experience with D365 FO in a development role.
- Experience with at least 3 large-scale ERP implementations.
- At least two full-lifecycle ERP implementations leading a technical workstream such as integration, data conversion, or extension development.
- Understanding of D365 functional capabilities in Financials, Project Management and Accounting, and Manufacturing.
- Understanding of end-to-end D365 FO implementation, including interfacing and integration.
- Understanding of LCS and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Logic Apps.
