Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI automation solutions across multiple interrelated systems.
  • Develop reusable prompts, workflows, copilots, and intelligent process automations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AI performance, integration, and automation issues.
  • Improve automation coverage and operational efficiency through AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and success metrics.
  • Participate in governance and risk reviews for AI solutions.
  • Optimize token usage and track LLM API costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI, automation, software engineering, or a related area.
  • Experience with Python and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and storage.
  • Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI and model evaluation practices.
  • Familiarity with vector embeddings and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration tools.
  • Proven ability to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
  • Preferred experience with Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, vector databases, and cloud services.
