Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of observability services.
- Help ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of observability services.
- Participate in implementing operational standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents.
- Collaborate on developing dashboards and alerts.
- Keep current with observability techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- Interest or capability in software engineering, observability, and IT operations.
- Ability to contribute to troubleshooting, incident resolution, dashboards, alerts, and operational procedures.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in an international technology environment.
