Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of computer vision algorithms for real-time drone detection, tracking, and classification.
- Design and implement machine learning models for resource-constrained environments.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate computer vision systems into hardware.
- Conduct testing and validation of algorithms in various scenarios.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of expertise within the company.
- Assist in developing military-grade variants of the turret for different weapon systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning and computer vision.
- 6+ years of experience in machine-learning-based computer vision, preferably in robotics.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying computer vision systems in real-time applications.
- Proficient in Python and C++, with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with embedded systems and integrating algorithms into hardware.
- Familiarity with sensors such as cameras, LIDAR, and RADAR.
- Enjoy mentoring and collaborating with engineers to solve technical challenges.
