Base Salary
$75k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a research project in robot learning, focusing on reinforcement learning or loco-manipulation skills.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate robot behaviors in simulation and on hardware.
- Improve data collection, model training, and evaluation frameworks.
- Analyze robot logs and experimental data to diagnose failures.
- Present findings to a team of engineers and researchers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Excited to integrate and evaluate learned policies on the robot.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently on open-ended technical problems.
