Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver safety-critical systems considering power, radio, and thermal requirements.
- Understand the product development lifecycle from planning and design to execution and testing.
- Contribute to bare-metal firmware development in C.
- Organize the codebase for modular formats to facilitate hardware bifurcation.
- Develop system improvements to decrease latency and enhance battery life, reliability, and safety.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with embedded systems.
- Proficient in C/C++ and Python.
- Knowledge of MCU architectures, peripherals, and development environments.
- Comfortable reading electrical schematics and datasheets.
- Deep knowledge of embedded toolchains and workflow.
- Strong EE and DSP fundamentals.
- HW/SW debugging skills with lab equipment.
