Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade software across embedded firmware, backend infrastructure, internal tools, and member-facing products.
- Write reliable code for systems operating under real-world conditions where failures can have physical consequences.
- Contribute to tools that scale factory, deployment, paperwork, scheduling, inventory, procurement, and field operations.
- Work with hardware, deployment, and operations teams on software problems spanning digital and physical systems.
- Develop software in areas including member products, factory systems, fleet deployments, utility APIs, distributed compute, and product engineering.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software through side projects, coursework, or prior internships.
- Clear and concise communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Curious, self-directed builder’s mindset and interest in solving consequential problems.
