Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, and maintain software for network visibility platforms.
- Develop features and resolve issues for Network Packet Broker platforms.
- Design and prototype features for existing and in-development hardware platforms.
- Develop software independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Relevant coursework in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering program.
- Experience with full-stack web application development, Java, and a client-side scripting language such as JavaScript or ExtJS.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integration.
- Experience with AI and LLM technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Personal, academic, open-source, or internship projects demonstrating initiative and technical curiosity.
- Strong software debugging skills.
- Knowledge of Ethernet and networking technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
