Responsibilities

  • Build data platforms that collect, organize, and visualize neural recordings, device telemetry, surgery recordings, and experimental data.
  • Develop Lab Systems software serving as a digital collaboration hub for company teams.
  • Develop ERP software that orchestrates and tracks brain-computer interface design workflows.
  • Build DevOps and infrastructure solutions that improve developer productivity.
  • Work directly with engineers and scientists to understand workflows and create appropriate software tools.
  • Architect and implement software solutions while proposing creative approaches to ambiguous problems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience shipping a product that has been actively used, regardless of technology stack or domain.
  • Full-stack engineering capability; Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript are preferred.
  • Ability to design and implement simple and elegant software solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Understanding of fundamental software concepts.
