Responsibilities

Document AI solutions, transfer knowledge, and support their adoption and scaling.
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from prototype through production in collaboration with the AI Lab team.
Develop and integrate RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, and MCP connections.
Develop and maintain frontend and backend components and support AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
Gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the AI platform, solution architecture, and engineering best practices.
Evaluate, test, and implement new models, frameworks, and technologies for construction and real estate applications.

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field.
Professional software engineering experience focused on cloud, backend, or frontend technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, and Docker.
Practical AI engineering experience through professional work, internships, research projects, or personal projects, including areas such as RAG systems, agent architectures, LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, or fine-tuning.
Understanding of AI application components including retrieval, orchestration, tool usage, and evaluation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
High English proficiency at C1 level.
