Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch efficient and reliable machine learning models.
- Find innovative solutions to key problems and deliver high-quality code.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to take products to market.
- Train and validate deep learning and statistical models based on use-case and performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of applications and the rationale behind models and systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business problems and define system requirements.
- Work with data platform teams to enable robust data pipelines.
- Mentor team members and drive high engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry machine learning experience and strong software engineering skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and metrics, with experience in Marketing Mix Modeling a plus.
- Expertise in machine learning techniques such as tree-based models and deep learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
- Experience with ML cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker or GCP Vertex AI.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business impact and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with machine learning trends.
