Responsibilities
- Define and enforce MuleSoft integration architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead solution design reviews and validate technical approaches for new projects.
- Design end-to-end integration solutions on the Anypoint Platform.
- Approve technical documentation and code reviews produced by the team.
- Own the technical onboarding strategy and training curricula for factory developers.
- Pilot the Transition & Transformation wave methodology.
- Set up and govern CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex production incidents.
- Coordinate major incident resolution and ensure post-mortem documentation.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies and ensure IS architecture compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven ability to design and govern complex integration architectures.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and test automation.
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like SAP or Salesforce.
- Mastery of software craftsmanship including TDD and automated regression testing.
- Solid experience leading technical teams within a SAFe delivery model.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
