Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce features end-to-end, including technical design, coding, unit testing, and documentation.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) according to product specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to squad coding standards.
- Serve as a Level 3 support contributor, analyzing and resolving production bugs and incidents.
- Deliver project features aligned to technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Actively participate in SAFe ceremonies and collaborate with nearshore/offshore teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of confirmed, hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Solid proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools like Flows and Validation Rules.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git-based version control workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I, and Platform App Builder certifications are mandatory.
