Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and external LLM platforms.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce applications.
- Create and maintain integrations with other applications and systems.
- Create user guides, release notes, design documents, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
- Participate in code reviews and apply Salesforce development best practices.
- Monitor Salesforce features and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of demonstrable software development experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce administration, Salesforce Lightning Framework, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Preferred experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration and deployment processes is preferred.
