Responsibilities
- Develop, support, enhance, and troubleshoot applications, including bug fixing.
- Understand application functionality and develop solutions aligned with specifications and architectural and infrastructure constraints.
- Prepare test plans and conduct unit, functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Propose technical solutions and approaches and provide impact analysis.
- Estimate work, track progress, report status, and escalate project issues to team leads or management.
- Follow project and organizational software development standards and meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain Jira task records and Wiki documentation.
- Collaborate with production release and support teams for the assigned application.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Required knowledge of Java 11, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, and Oracle.
- Understanding of web services and databases.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, with attention to detail, communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
- Maven, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kafka messaging, and shell scripting are nice-to-have skills.
