Base Salary
$175k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Spend time with customers to understand workflows and translate findings into product bets.
- Partner with product and design to determine what to build, formulate hypotheses, and design experiments.
- Take new product surfaces from pitch and prototype through production launch and customer adoption.
- Build AI-native products using LLMs, agents, evaluations, retrieval, and modern AI tooling.
- Own end-to-end outcomes, including architecture, instrumentation, telemetry, and post-launch learning.
- Set technical standards through design and code reviews and promote simple, high-quality engineering.
- Mentor engineers in customer-centric and hypothesis-driven product development.
- Drive practical technical decisions that prioritize shipping and iterative improvement.
Requirements
- Experience deploying production code and services to cloud-hosted environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering incremental releases from proof of concept through MVP to production.
- Demonstrated experience working on large, complex problems.
- Strong commitment to engineering excellence, clean code, and knowledge-sharing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading other engineers on complex projects.
