Responsibilities
- Build systems that acquire and match candidates at scale.
- Improve experiences for companies, recruiters, and marketplace participants.
- Develop agentic recruiting systems that match candidates, companies, and recruiters using platform data.
- Build recruiter CRM tools, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations.
- Identify problems worth solving, define solutions, and ship products end to end.
- Own outcomes and consider revenue, retention, and market dynamics when making product decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated product-minded judgment about what to build and why, informed by user behavior, data, and first-principles thinking.
- Business-minded approach focused on revenue, retention, and market dynamics in addition to shipped features.
- Strong technical ability to work quickly across the stack without sacrificing quality.
- High ownership, including the ability to identify needs, make plans, and build solutions.
- Ability to operate across product, engineering, and business concerns.
