Responsibilities
- Engineer and deploy identity and access management solutions across AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Implement and operate Saviynt for identity governance, identity security posture management, access governance, and privileged access management across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Deploy and consume Microsoft Azure identity capabilities, including Entra.
- Lead the engineering of IAM solutions in a financial services context.
- Use modern platform engineering toolchains such as GitLab, GitHub, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Apply infrastructure automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related platform engineering practices.
- Work with ServiceNow for IT service management and Jira for project management where applicable.
- Use or support modern telemetry and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to different audiences and contribute to technical decision-making, prioritization, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Demonstrable hands-on experience engineering and deploying IAM across AWS and Azure in a hybrid cloud context.
- Proven hands-on experience engineering and deploying Saviynt for IGA, ISPM, AAG, and CPAM.
- Hands-on experience deploying and consuming the Microsoft Azure identity stack, including Entra.
- Strong proficiency with GitLab or GitHub, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Demonstrable experience leading IAM solution engineering in the financial services industry.
- Computer Science or similar degree.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a changing technology landscape.
- Strong ownership, self-management, teamwork, facilitation, motivation, negotiation, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira, ITIL environments, and Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, or similar observability platforms.
- Preferred vendor-specific IAM certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, SC-300, AZ-500, Saviynt Certified PAM Professional, or Saviynt Certified IGA Professional.
