Responsibilities
- Architect and lead full-stack AI solutions.
- Design scalable agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Build advanced RAG pipelines and knowledge systems.
- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Lead frontend development using React.js.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML or agentic AI.
- Expert Python programming skills.
- Strong frontend development skills with React.js.
- Deep understanding of RAG and LLM systems.
- Experience with vector databases.
- CI/CD and DevOps expertise.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub workflows.
- Experience with JIRA or Agile tools.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud architecture with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Kubernetes; observability frameworks; AI governance and security; and enterprise system integration with ITSM and automation.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, strategic thinking, communication, ownership, and accountability.
