Base Salary
$285k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and build features.
- Own and evolve core platform architecture to support AI capabilities.
- Partner with quality engineers to define and maintain testing strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor other engineers.
- Interview and recruit talented engineers to grow the team.
- Work with a modern tech stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and Docker.
- Build AI solutions and apply AI tools to enhance contract intelligence.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered product experiences.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of software experience in architecting and maintaining complex systems.
- Experience operating at a Principal level with a focus on technical strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership and drive towards improving technical architecture.
- Deep experience in designing large-scale, distributed SaaS architectures.
- Passion for software engineering and building great products.
- Experience in building and shipping AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with user feedback in product development.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
