Base Salary
$130k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create secure, performant, cross-platform single-page applications and widgets.
- Build and maintain high-impact functionality for Signals Notebook.
- Develop well-documented, reusable, and testable frontend code and React components.
- Integrate frontend applications with server-side code to produce dynamic pages.
- Collaborate with team members on priorities, specifications, and feature implementation.
- Develop cross-browser and cross-platform-compatible solutions.
- Participate in software design, development, and testing in an Agile environment.
- Use AI tools in software development and foster collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional work experience.
- At least 3 years of JavaScript programming experience.
- At least 3 years of UX and design knowledge.
- Extensive experience building single-page applications.
- Strong React programming and React component development skills.
- Deep understanding of frontend application structure and architecture.
- Experience integrating frontend code with server-side code.
- Strong teamwork, ownership, creative problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent UI/UX design experience.
- Preferred: life science experience.
- Candidates must be based in the United States and able to interview in person at the Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters.
