Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across resident-facing interfaces and scalable backend services.
- Build a configurable platform layer that supports thousands of different municipal setups without customer-specific hardcoded logic.
- Own product areas end to end, ensuring they are reliable, maintainable, and performant in government environments.
- Use customer feedback and production data to prioritize improvements while working directly with municipal staff and residents.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews that shape engineering practices across the team.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience building enterprise and/or consumer applications.
- Experience owning a large product area end to end and accountability for specific shipped work.
- Strong product instincts and ability to understand customer problems beyond ticket descriptions.
- Interest in working with the latest AI models in the product and development workflow.
- Preference for experience in a high-growth startup environment and comfort with technically varied domains.
