Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of research, trading, and engineering through interactive sessions.
- Participate in IMC’s trading simulation to enhance technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Network with fellow participants and IMC professionals to build confidence in teamwork.
Requirements
- Availability to attend the program in Chicago on May 13 - 15, 2026.
- Academic background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be in the penultimate year of undergraduate study, graduating between Fall 2027 - Spring 2028.
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complex problems programmatically.
- Experience in a programming language, preferably Java or C++.
- Interest in financial markets, with no prior experience required.
- Willingness to collaborate with non-engineers in a dynamic environment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
