Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response when required.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Experience with modern C++ programming, including C++11 or later.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership.
- Understanding of system programming is preferred.
- Experience developing low-latency, millisecond-scale and high-throughput systems exceeding 1K QPS per machine is preferred.
- Experience with service optimization and performance tuning is preferred.
- Experience with modern build systems and operation automation tools is preferred.
- Fluency in English or Chinese.
