Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve clearing and settlement services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, including containerized services on ECS and event-driven workloads on Lambda.
- Write clean, secure, well-tested, maintainable, and reliable code for production financial workflows.
- Contribute to API development, relational database work, automated testing, code reviews, observability, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
- Work closely with experienced engineers in cross-functional teams and apply Domain-Driven Design to translate business requirements into software solutions.
Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or sciences; a comparable qualification or equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
- Practical experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot gained through internships, working-student roles, personal projects, or university projects.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, API development, relational databases, and automated testing.
- Interest in Domain-Driven Design, cloud-native development, distributed systems, AWS, and complex financial workflows.
- Quality and security mindset, motivation to learn quickly, clear communication, collaboration, and openness to feedback.
