Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate and optimize AI solutions.
- Build features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes.
- Develop full-stack applications and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning voices and transcribers.
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on tailored solutions.
- Improve AI solutions based on customer feedback and evolving requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
- Experience managing APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly independent, ownership-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
