Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
- Utilize agentic coding tools to enhance throughput and quality.
- Quickly ramp into unfamiliar codebases and become productive.
- Design reliable and auditable agent systems that operate independently.
- Contribute to team knowledge and improve workflows across engagements.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in building and shipping production software.
- Experience using AI tools to improve software quality and throughput.
- Intellectual curiosity about the evolving AI landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple client workstreams effectively.
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to high standards.
