Responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues across various development environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis by reading logs and tracing code paths.
- Resolve a high volume of technical issues while ensuring quality and clear communication.
- Escalate product or infrastructure issues to engineering with complete context.
- Educate customers on best practices and product capabilities.
- Build internal playbooks and documentation for faster investigations.
- Identify recurring failure modes and provide feedback to teams.
- Support release testing and quality efforts across diverse environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering or technical support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Ability to reproduce and debug technical issues from ambiguous reports.
- Experience analyzing logs and system behavior across distributed systems.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining technical findings.
- Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
