Base Salary
$101k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automated client integrations and AI-powered diagnostics.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, custom workflows, proof-of-concepts, and architecture blueprints.
- Scope complex technical requests for commercial viability and support upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Build scripts, dashboards, and workflow automation for log parsing, alerting, QA, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Train technical and non-technical partners on IAS AI features for campaign optimization and analytics.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Gather partner feedback, identify technical gaps, and advocate for product improvements.
- Align integration strategies with business objectives and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Services, or Platform Support.
- Ad tech, mar tech, or SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations involving major social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, and X.
- Experience with APIs, web integrations, automation, and scripting using Python, JavaScript, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and applications in ad tech.
- Hands-on experience with analytics stacks such as BigQuery, Tableau, or custom BI tools, along with log and data investigation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
