Responsibilities
- Develop and program software for power-generation control systems.
- Commission and test software in applications and systems.
- Maintain and update application software.
- Develop human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- Assist the sales support team.
- Prepare technical manuals, specifications, and other job-related documentation.
Requirements
- Good experience in software development and programming, preferably in graphical programming.
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable field, or qualification as a state-certified technician specializing in electrical engineering or automation.
- Knowledge of common programming languages, including IEC 61131-based languages, Python, and C.
- Knowledge of interface protocols such as CAN and Ethernet is advantageous.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- High degree of independence, personal responsibility, and reliability.
