Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Experiment, design, and build UIs, user flows, features, and abstractions that reduce user effort.
- Expand use-case coverage of Oso’s core authorization service.
- Build and operate infrastructure for a highly available, low-latency cloud service.
- Write documentation and blog posts to support and attract new users.
- Engage with users through support channels such as Slack.
- Work across frontend, backend, web application, and lower-level systems.
- Contribute to company and community building in a broad startup role.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Have worked at a startup or in a similar environment.
- Have experience with developer experience and/or user experience.
- Be able to program across different levels of the stack, including frontend, backend, web applications, and lower-level systems.
- Demonstrate ambition, ownership, resilience, growth orientation, and a strong customer focus.
