Base Salary
$150k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve AI agents and automations that turn account, contact, product, and revenue signals into SDR, AE, and CSM actions.
- Build deal-risk, next-best-action, account-health, renewal-risk, and expansion-signal workflows across the revenue organization.
- Serve as product owner for internally built call-intelligence, deal-intelligence, and other revenue systems.
- Design approval gates, escalation paths, and human oversight for agent-generated actions.
- Create evaluation frameworks, scoring rubrics, regression checks, and production monitoring for agent behavior.
- Map and redesign seller workflows with SDRs, AEs, CSMs, and RevOps using an AI-native approach.
- Connect Salesforce, Outreach, Gong/call data, and third-party procurement and contract-data sources.
- Partner with AI platform, systems, and data engineers while translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Advise Sales and RevOps leaders on AI capabilities, build-versus-buy decisions, compliance, and brand-risk constraints.
- Drive adoption, change management, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting on business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in technical product management, sales or revenue operations, data science, GTM strategy or operations, solutions architecture, or a closely adjacent function.
- Professional experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex and agentic orchestration systems such as n8n, Make, or Airia.
- Production experience building and operating agents, including tool use, context engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience or exposure to GTM and Sales at a SaaS company.
- Strong problem-solving, first-principles thinking, user research, discovery, stakeholder-bridging, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with code-first work in enterprise sales systems and understanding of revenue data flows.
- Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet, dashboard, or BI analysis and working fluency with SQL.
- Preferred experience in sales or revenue operations, customer success operations, forward-deployed engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Preferred experience with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, MCP servers, AI governance, workflow automation, Snowflake, Looker, applied ML, experimentation, or public-sector and B2G sales.
