Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to develop core systems and create APIs.
- Build internal tooling and APIs to streamline processes.
- Implement changes to align systems with architectural goals.
- Integrate with external services for payments and claims management.
- Source real-time data from external providers.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members.
- Engage in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in backend web-stack application development.
- Professional experience with Go programming language.
- Proven track record of improving system stability and performance.
- Ability to deliver complete systems independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for explaining technical concepts.
