Responsibilities
- Evaluate requirements and determine whether SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform is appropriate for user needs.
- Participate in technical design sessions and create solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Build, deploy, and support Power Apps, SharePoint workflows, forms, web parts, and related governance processes.
- Implement solutions using multiple data sources and develop Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to better leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint and facilitate process improvements.
- Interpret and design SQL Server database models.
- Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in Power Apps.
- Estimate work content and achieve planned project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 4 years of experience developing with Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator.
- Foundational knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Familiarity with SQL Server query language and SSIS is preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite tools including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence is preferred.
- Ability to develop innovative system designs, collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, multitask, and work with Agile project methodologies.
