Responsibilities

Design, build, and own complex internal products and platforms.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and features.
Partner closely with internal customers to understand workflows and constraints.
Take ownership of the technical and architectural evolution of the Amplify platform.
Define and maintain operational standards for the systems you own.
Use modern AI tools in your engineering workflow.
Contribute to shared patterns, tooling, and processes.
Mentor and support other engineers through design reviews and feedback.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and operational partners.

Strong hands-on experience building and operating highly available, full-stack SaaS systems.
Experience leading the delivery of significant projects or features independently.
Deep expertise in modern web engineering areas such as backend services or AI-enabled systems.
Regular use of AI-powered tools in development workflows.
Ownership of operational excellence for the systems built.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Enjoyment of working in small, autonomous, agile teams.
