Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models and computer vision algorithms for photon-efficient, event-driven imaging systems.
- Develop tracking, depth estimation, SLAM, and detection systems using high-temporal-resolution event-driven data.
- Create novel imaging features and algorithms for next-generation AR Glasses.
- Research machine learning and probabilistic techniques to improve speed, noise robustness, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with computer vision, hardware, and software teams worldwide.
Requirements
- Experience with computer vision for photon-efficient or event-driven imaging systems, such as VIO, SLAM, or hand tracking.
- Five or more years of post-bachelor’s relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus four or more years of relevant postgraduate experience, or a PhD plus two or more years of relevant experience.
- A track record of successful computer vision projects involving photon-efficient or event-based imaging.
- Five or more years of programming experience in C++ and Python, including tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundations in computer vision, machine learning, statistical signal processing, 3D geometry, probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
- Ability to produce clean, fast, and reliable code, with strong problem-solving, communication, and quality focus.
