Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of integration solutions.
- Build and support interfaces using middleware tools, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, FTP/SFTP, and file-based processes.
- Translate business and technical requirements into interface mappings, technical specifications, and integration logic.
- Monitor interface processing and batch jobs, investigate failures, and resolve data flow issues.
- Perform SQL queries, data checks, and validation activities to support troubleshooting and integration accuracy.
- Coordinate changes, testing, deployments, and production support with business analysts, application teams, and IT peers.
- Lead integration designs, support procedures, and issue resolutions while sharing knowledge with team members.
- Provide practical guidance to less experienced team members on integration tasks and troubleshooting.
- Apply API management and security practices to meet established controls and access requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in systems integration, application support, or related technical delivery work.
- Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, XML/XSLT, SQL, and middleware or integration platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting interface errors, data validation issues, and file-based or batch processing problems.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex technical assignments and deliver within defined timelines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams to implement and support integrations.
- Experience with Oracle application environments and related integration tools is valued.
- Experience with Dell Boomi or similar enterprise integration platforms is valued.
- Experience supporting secure data exchange, API controls, production monitoring, and third-party vendor integration setup is valued.
