Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of integration solutions.
Build and support interfaces using middleware tools, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, FTP/SFTP, and file-based processes.
Translate business and technical requirements into interface mappings, technical specifications, and integration logic.
Monitor interface processing and batch jobs, investigate failures, and resolve data flow issues.
Perform SQL queries, data checks, and validation activities to support troubleshooting and integration accuracy.
Coordinate changes, testing, deployments, and production support with business analysts, application teams, and IT peers.
Lead integration designs, support procedures, and issue resolutions while sharing knowledge with team members.
Provide practical guidance to less experienced team members on integration tasks and troubleshooting.
Apply API management and security practices to meet established controls and access requirements.

At least 5 years of professional experience in systems integration, application support, or related technical delivery work.
Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, XML/XSLT, SQL, and middleware or integration platforms.
Experience troubleshooting interface errors, data validation issues, and file-based or batch processing problems.
Ability to work independently on moderately complex technical assignments and deliver within defined timelines.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams to implement and support integrations.
Experience with Oracle application environments and related integration tools is valued.
Experience with Dell Boomi or similar enterprise integration platforms is valued.
Experience supporting secure data exchange, API controls, production monitoring, and third-party vendor integration setup is valued.
