Responsibilities
- Own architecture, implementation, deployment, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design Agentforce agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Own data modeling, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
- Resolve data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration problems, and performance regressions.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs, codify reusable patterns and frameworks, and create internal playbooks.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared implementation work.
- Provide senior technical support for at-risk or strategically critical deployments.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists and customer stakeholders to translate business challenges into shipped solutions.
- Share customer insights and technical edge cases with Product and Engineering to influence the Agentforce roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering and technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity with the others.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, and applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics, including proficiency with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise across Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable frameworks, playbooks, or internal tooling.
- Clear communication with engineers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Computer Science or related degree.
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications, familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD, observability, or data governance, multi-cloud enterprise AI architecture experience, product-roadmap influence, open-source contributions, technical writing, or conference presentations.
