Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of EGI Foundry’s foundation, runtime, and interfaces for enterprise AI applications.
- Architect graph representations, property graph libraries, ontology services, and GoogleSQL graph integration for enterprise workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Design Human-in-the-Loop frameworks and feedback loops that turn human corrections into improved prompts, fine-tuning datasets, and verification benchmarks.
- Build compliant, low-latency integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, and other Cloud and Alphabet systems.
- Set technical direction, write high-impact design documents, lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Cloud AI, Core Data Insights, and Finance Engineering.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience in software development.
- Five years of experience testing and launching software products and three years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Five years of experience leading ML design and optimizing end-to-end machine learning, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.
- Two years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
- Experience with AI platforms, GenAI agents, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: eight years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: three years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: three years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience with HITL workflows, rater feedback loops, automated evaluation or auto-raters, model distillation pipelines, and Google Cloud Platform technologies.
