Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of centralized cloud solutions for critical and strategic initiatives.
- Develop reference architectures, baseline implementations, enterprise standards, guardrails, and reusable content.
- Design secure abstraction layers and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions that enable rapid cloud deployment.
- Create and communicate technology roadmaps with management, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Consult with development groups on modernizing business applications and implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor engineers and architects and collaborate with business partners on technical solutions.
- Partner with Cyber Security and Risk teams to interpret policies and implement security controls and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 15+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years as a Cloud Architect.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale solutions in GCP and/or AWS, including application migrations.
- Advanced GCP and/or AWS expertise, cloud architecture certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, and experience managing data platforms including BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud Build, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GenAI, RAG, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, IAM, security models, enterprise-scale design, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or PHP.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and collaborating across matrixed organizations.
- Preferred experience with Harness, Agent Development, security principles, and secure architecture concepts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in English and relevant local-market languages where applicable.
