Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate Large Language Models into existing software architectures and develop AI agent and workflow solutions.
- Design and optimize algorithms for natural language processing tasks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and improve team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate LLMs into existing software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and deployment strategies.
- Python on Azure, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, and AI Agents and Workflow Integration are preferred.
