Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, document, and maintain C#/.NET SDK and Real-Time library features.
- Design and implement software solutions from requirements and provide time and complexity estimates.
- Build unit tests, review QA test plans, and perform validation and verification testing.
- Fix customer-reported issues and collaborate with support, internal teams, and vendors to improve products.
- Automate tasks with tools and scripting, review code, and maintain clean, efficient code aligned with open-source standards.
- Document development phases, monitor systems, and keep software current with applicable technologies and standards.
- Deploy containerized products into Azure, AWS, or another cloud environment.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer with strong software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of C# and experience with low-level network communication, socket programming, TCP/IP, and UDP multicast protocols.
- Familiarity with large-scale deployments using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of GitLab, GitHub, or another source control system; Jira; and Agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent-working skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of Java, Python, Ruby, R, Go, Node.js, or Perl.
- Preferred: exposure to AI for development optimization, Linux and Windows operating systems, cross-platform development, Wireshark, tcpdump, and Robot Framework.
